Job Summary The Project Manager's main job responsibility includes delivering assigned projects on time and within budget. Project Managers are required to work on multiple assignments with overlapping schedules and need to be able to multi-task to accomplish all tasks. The project manager will also train, direct, and mentor Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers.Essential Duties / Responsibilities Manage, direct, and monitor quality and progress at each phase of a projectOversee and assist with the preparation of construction documents and other project deliverablesPrepare internal schedules and proposals for new opportunitiesReview billing summariesServe as point of contact between RLG and the clientParticipate in hiring personnelAssist in employee performance reviews / disciplinary actionsPrepare bid packages and technical specificationsResponsible for creating an enjoyable work environment for staff and personnelOther related duties as assignedRequirements Required Skills / Abilities Candidates should have experience with site civil design and permitting and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling programs, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3DEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering RequiredProfessional Engineering License Required5+ years of related experience requiredPhysical Requirements and Work Environment Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at timesOccasional travel to project sites#J-18808-Ljbffr
