Job Title: Civil Project Manager
Job Description
The Civil Project Manager oversees heavy civil construction projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role works closely with field leadership, operations teams, vendors, and clients, participating in both office and field-based activities throughout the construction lifecycle. The position focuses on effective project planning, resource management, and coordination to support successful delivery of transportation, drainage, marine, and infrastructure projects.

Work Environment
This role operates in a blended work environment that includes remote work, office-based responsibilities, and frequent travel to project sites. The Civil Project Manager is typically assigned to one primary project at a time, with project scope and oversight increasing at more Sr- levels. The position involves significant interaction with field operations teams and project stakeholders, requiring regular site visits to active heavy civil construction projects. Travel reimbursements, lodging assistance when applicable, per diem opportunities based on assignment requirements, and additional field-related compensation programs may be available, along with eligibility for a vehicle program. The work setting is dynamic and fast-paced, centered around transportation, drainage, marine, and broader infrastructure construction activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
