This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management to begin in an internship capacity, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.Position SummaryThe Civil Project Engineer (Intern/Entry-Level) will work closely with the Estimating Team and Project Managers to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution. This role provides hands‑on exposure to estimating, scheduling, compliance, and field operations while contributing to successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, budgeting, and cost control to help ensure projects remain on schedule.Assist in reviewing subcontractor bids and provide technical input for estimating.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards and workflow.Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints.Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and progress reports.Track project milestones and identify potential risks for management reporting.Assist in monitoring site compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Utilize Primavera, project management tools, and PlanSwift software for scheduling, dispatch, and record-keeping.Participate in site meetings and provide technical and problem‑solving support.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative.Knowledge of Primavera and PlanSwift software is a plus.Experience in estimating is preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
