In this role, you'll lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every phase. If you're a motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and management of civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance across a variety of infrastructure sectorsConduct in-house quality assurance reviews of project work before final management approvalCoordinate directly with clients to address design questions and resolve engineering issues in a timely mannerEnsure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specificationsDirect and prepare improvement plans, specifications, technical reports, and permit applications for diverse public and private projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineeringRegistered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona(We are seeking certified Project Engineers, but will also consider candidates (EITs) with significant pipeline design experience who can perform advanced engineering tasks)3–5 years of project engineering experience in civil infrastructure design (including drainage, water, utilities, and pipelines)Proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGISExperience producing construction plans and documents from concept through completion, including:Survey data processingBase map developmentUtility research and conflict resolutionClick here to check out why we are a great place to work! civiltec.comWe are an equal opportunity place to work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
