Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Active membership in the Oregon State Bar; Washington State Bar admission is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
