Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Represent clients in complex commercial, business, and civil litigation matters.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial and appeal.
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Perform legal research and analyze sophisticated legal issues.
• Contribute to a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional client results.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Experience in business litigation or federal court is highly preferred.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience at a law firm or comparable public sector litigation practice is preferred.
