Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle civil litigation cases focused on construction, real estate, commercial disputes, and breach of contract
Draft pleadings and motions
Conduct depositions
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Manage motions practice
Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
Apply deep knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
Manage cases autonomously with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

Active Colorado Bar admission (required)
Admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (required)
First chair civil jury trial experience (required)
3–20 years of relevant civil litigation experience
Strong proficiency in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, discovery, and motions practice
