• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses and clients, and work closely with experts, consultants, and public agency representatives.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial conferences, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and provide clear, practical legal guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status, litigation strategy, risk assessment, and significant developments.
• Monitor changes in law and advise clients regarding potential impact on pending or future matters.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• First chair trial experience required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedure.
• Experience in California Superior Court and Federal Court preferred.

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually
Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours per year
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid role
