Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with expertise in Personal Injury Defense or Construction Defect cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various stages of litigation, providing exceptional legal support and strategic guidance in construction-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases from inception through trial.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of all case activities and communications.
  • Negotiate settlements and collaborate with clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes amicably when possible.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary, presenting cases effectively to judges and juries.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in construction defect litigation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Barred in CA
  • 3+ year of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on construction defect or personal injury defense cases preferred.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and strategies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
