A highly respected, full-service law firm in Boston is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work alongside experienced litigators, and build a long-term career with a collaborative and well-established firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong civil litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation while working closely with clients, partners, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Maintain organized case files while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Massachusetts or ability to become licensed.
- 5–7 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience managing cases independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice.
