HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Las Vegas. The associate will work on a broad range of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, employment disputes, and commercial litigation.
We Offer: - Pay: $120-175K Base Salary plus Bonus

Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex litigation issues
- Take and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit review, and motion practice
Qualifications: - 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Defense experience required (Civil Litigation experience preferred)
- Active Nevada Bar Admission
