HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Mid-Size Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join the firm’s growing team in Atlanta. The Litigation Associate will manage Civil Litigation Defense cases through all phases of litigation, collaborate closely with partners and clients, and provide strategic legal representation in a fast-paced environment.
We Offer:
  • Pay: $125-165K Base Salary plus Bonus
  • Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $25K in Total Bonus (Quarterly Bonuses)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation defense matters through all phases of litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, reports, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and the court
  • Develop case strategies, evaluate exposure, and prepare matters for trial or resolution
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and client service
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
  • Civil Litigation Defense experience preferred
  • Active Georgia Bar License in good standing
