The role involves operating various drilling equipment, including hollow-bar soil nails, down-hole hammers, and shotcrete systems, with experience in installing tieback anchors, micropiles, and grouting preferred. Responsibilities include operating machinery, maintaining logs, ensuring safety, inspecting and repairing equipment, and assisting crew with general tasks. Candidates need at least 3 years of construction and 2 years of geotechnical/civil drilling experience, with proficiency in different drilling techniques and the ability to travel extensively. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour plus per diem, with benefits including medical plans, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a 401k match.
