EstimatorAssists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Measures quantities (take-offs) for materials, labor, and equipment. Supports the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets. Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing. Helps compile bid documents and tender submissions. Uses estimation software and Excel for data entry and cost tracking. Identifies discrepancies in drawings and reports them to senior estimators. Learns industry standards, construction methods, and materials. Maintains organized records of estimates, quotes, and project data.
