    Description

    We are seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, energetic, and rewarding work environment.


    Your Role:


    As a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions.


    Responsibilities include:


    • Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects

    • Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery

    • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff

    • Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates

    • Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success

    • Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed

    • Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement

    • Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations

    • Collaborate with other Project Managers / Multidisciplinary teams on projects ensuring timely completion


    Project Types:


    Your work will involve designing and managing projects such as:


    • Water distribution & sewer collection systems

    • Stormwater infrastructure

    • Roads and highways

    • Water & wastewater treatment systems

    • Subdivision land development

    • Commercial site design

    • Federal Government facilities


    What We’re Looking For:


    We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers all holding Professional Engineer licenses. The Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing team. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate will have:


    • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license required

    • 6+ years of experience in civil engineering

    • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams

    • Strong client relationship management and business development experience

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
