Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop civil site plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
  • Prepare construction documents, reports, and specifications
  • Perform stormwater management and drainage analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, MEP, etc.) and external stakeholders
  • Support permitting and regulatory approval processes
  • Conduct occasional site visits and coordinate with field teams
  • Assist with project management tasks including scheduling and client communication

What They’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3–8+ years of experience in civil/site design or land development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design
  • Familiarity with local Texas regulations and permitting is a plus
  • EIT required; PE preferred (or on track)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
