This is a great opportunity to contribute to civil engineering projects while building your technical expertise and career.Responsibilities Assisting in the design of roadway, municipal, and infrastructure projects for both public and private clientsSupporting preparation of reports, design documents, and technical drawingsCollaborating with clients, communities, and agencies under the guidance of senior team membersParticipating in quality control and review processesContributing to project teams in a supportive, collaborative environmentHybrid or Remote Hybrid arrangements are preferred near our offices in Minnesota, but remote work may be considered for candidates located in states where we are licensed to practice.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programEngineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 monthsStrong interest in and experience with roadway, municipal, and infrastructure designProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in transportation, municipal engineering, or with DOTsFamiliarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, or GEOPAKExperience working with local or state transportation agenciesProfessional development and mentorship opportunitiesAdditional information Salary and benefits: Competitive based on skills and experience, with salary up to $115,000Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote in approved states)Paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function DesignIndustries Civil Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
