We provide professional services to a wide variety of public and private clients throughout California, with most of our projects located in the Central Valley. We are seeking a motivated individual wanting a long-term career in Civil Engineering to work in our Central Valley office.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 3+ years of experience in land development with experience in design of utility infrastructure, grading and drainage, entitlements, and project management.
- Working knowledge / Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Problem solver, critical thinker, independent worker, takes initiative to complete tasks on own, and desire to grow professionally and take on leadership roles.
Duties and Responsibilities- Efficiently execute land development civil engineering projects
- Effectively manage project teams and subconsultants
- Perform quality control
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Work with local agency staff for project approvals
