An established engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area. This role blends hands-on technical design with project leadership, client interaction, and mentorship, offering a strong platform for long-term growth and impact.
 

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (30345)

  • Pay: $90,000 – $120,000+ per year (based on experience)

  • Term: Direct Hire

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

  • Manage and design civil engineering projects involving water and sewer systems, water/wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and water quality improvements

  • Prepare and oversee plans, specifications, and technical analyses; sign and seal designs as applicable

  • Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and staff assignments to ensure successful delivery

  • Conduct site visits and field investigations as needed

  • Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development and business growth

  • Serve as a key technical contact for clients and internal project teams

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (EIT required)

  • 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience

  • Strong technical foundation in water resources or infrastructure design

  • PE licensure and stream or wetland restoration experience are strong pluses
