Seeking experienced Superintendents for Texas construction projects, primarily roadway, highway, and bridge work. Responsibilities include supervising 2–4 crews daily, conducting site visits, safety audits, equipment maintenance, and ensuring quality and production. Must assist with project estimates, material purchasing, and project documentation. Requirements include 15+ years in construction, 3+ years in highway rehab, and 5+ years as a Foreman or Superintendent. Candidates need strong communication, organizational skills, safety knowledge, and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
