Compliance & Safety:
· W2 Mandatory. No 1099 or C2C.
· Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and MVR (driving record) to operate a vehicle for company business.
· Drug Policy: Position is subject to a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing in accordance with site safety protocols.
· PPE: Must wear full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest, etc.) during all site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
· Personnel Management: Responsible for the on-site success of all Tier 1 personnel in your city, including schedule management and reporting compliance.
· Technical Compliance: Conduct deep-dive audits. Coordinate with vendors to fix technical discrepancies immediately.
· Onboarding & SOPs: Lead field training for new hires on Wing’s Global Site Installation SOPs.
· Daily Deliverables: Ensure Google Drive synchronization and Daily Wrap-up emails are accurate and submitted daily.
