This position will serve as the primary program lead and community partnerships liaison. The Pathway Coordinator's responsibilities will focus on establishing, coordinating, and strengthening relationships with tribal education departments, Native-led organizations, higher education partners, and community agencies.
Essential Functions:
Training and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field, or prior experience with developing school/business/Native American community partnerships, or any combination of education and related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position. Experience in identifying and building collaborative Native American community resources designed to promote successful educational and social programs within Native American communities. Knowledge of Native American partnership development and coordination. Skill in building partnerships within Native American communities that are relationship-centered and community facing.
