Could this be your next move?
Do you love the rhythm of a production floor and the satisfaction of a spotless, audit-ready line? Are you the go-to person for CIP validations, SSOP training, and closing out findings before the next shift starts? As our CIP Sanitation Program Supervisor, you will orchestrate plant-wide sanitation for a food and beverage operation, keeping equipment and facilities safe, compliant, and ready to run.
What you will tackle first
Own daily sanitation plans across production zones: equipment cleaning, CIP cycles, and facility hygiene
Train, schedule, and supervise the sanitation team on SSOPs, GMPs, and food safety protocols
Execute and verify CIP on tanks, pipelines, fillers, and processing systems
Maintain alignment with HACCP programs, FDA/USDA requirements, and internal standards
Drive pre-op inspections, environmental monitoring, and verification checks to release equipment
Document everything: sanitation logs, chemical usage and titration records, and audit documentation
Manage sanitation chemical inventory, storage, and safe use
Collaborate with Quality and Production to ensure timely equipment release and startup
Support GMP, SQF, FDA, and third-party audits from preparation through closeout
Your background
Experience leading sanitation in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
Hands-on expertise with CIP systems and sanitation equipment
Solid command of SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP fundamentals
Proven participation in food safety audits and inspections
Direct cleaning of processing assets: tanks, lines, fillers, blenders
Ability to work in wet, chemical, and fast-paced environments
Bonus points
Experience in beverage, alcohol, dairy, or other liquid processing
Exposure to Sanimatic or comparable automated CIP technologies
Familiarity with environmental monitoring programs (EMP)
SQF/HACCP certifications or formal food safety training
Knowledge of chemical dispensing systems and titration
How we work together
This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role. You set expectations, model food safety behaviors, and elevate team capability shift after shift.
