Chief Information Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT department and oversee all technology operations within our organization. The CIO will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with other executives to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
• Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with other executives to identify opportunities for technology innovation and improvement
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ Years proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive business results through technology
• Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and IT governance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
