ResponsibilitiesManage and audit user accounts and access to catalog tools, including adjustment to permissions when neededWork closely with product managers to maintain and update system settings, provide requirements for enhancements to tools, and perform tests before releasing new features or functionality to usersManage help desk for the system and ensure all items receive resolution, including troubleshooting with customers and reporting bugs to product managersCreate, update, and/or manage training modules for patrons and staff to use catalog tools successfullyBuild and run reports for data analysis, troubleshooting, and project needsParticipate in Access Services team tasks and projects as needed, potentially including metadata cleanup, content review, redaction, and preparing materials for digitizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline5+ years of experience working with library/archive systems, including cataloging and workflow tools, and 3 years of experience working in customer service or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working with databases, development teams, and enterprise toolsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with little oversightProcess-oriented with excellent organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work well with others and diffuse high stress situationsCommitment to respecting privacy and confidentialityCertifications & QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technologyBachelor's degree in computer science#J-18808-Ljbffr
