This newly created position is scheduled to work a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week (with weekends and evenings as needed).
The church facility supports First Congregational Church’s mission and ministry. The Church Facility Manager, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, is responsible for the maintenance of church property, ensuring its operability and aesthetic appeal to foster a conducive working environment. This position advances the Church’s mission and creates welcoming spaces by ensuring that each space is safe, clean, accessible, and well-maintained.
