SHIFT: 1430-2300 M-F No call required REQUIREMENTS: BLS Central Sterile Cert (Sterile Processing) Hospital provides scrubs TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY The Central Sterile Technician is responsible for the decontamination, packaging, sterilization and delivery of instruments, materials, and equipment necessary for support of surgical services; working under indirect supervision of the Director of Surgical Services utilizes specific guidelines and standards for department operations. Responsibilities also include documentation of sterilization process and ensuring equipment functionality.
