Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable
Chiropractic Assistant to support our chiropractic office. This entry-level position does
not require a license and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting while assisting with both administrative and patient care tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed.
- Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general inquiries.
- Prepare treatment rooms and support chiropractors during patient care.
- Collect and process payments, verify insurance, and handle billing assistance.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
