    Description

    ChiroCare of Florida is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population. This is a fast-paced, patient-focused position where you'll work closely with our chiropractors to deliver outstanding patient care while helping keep our office running efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    Patient Care

    • Prepare patients for treatment and assist the chiropractor during examinations and therapies.
    • Guide patients through prescribed therapies and rehabilitation exercises.
    • Administer therapeutic modalities including electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), ultrasound therapy, traction, decompression, vibration therapy, and other treatments as directed by the chiropractor.
    • Maintain treatment rooms and ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operating properly.
    • Educate patients on treatment plans and ensure they have an exceptional experience throughout their visit.

    Administrative Duties

    • Welcome patients with exceptional customer service.
    • Answer multi-line phones and assist patients in both English and Spanish.
    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
    • Verify patient information and accurately document visits in the electronic medical record (EMR).
    • Collect co-pays and process payments.
    • Complete patient check-in/check-out and maintain organized patient records.
    • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

    Qualifications

    • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (required).
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare office is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records (EMR).
