Wage Range: $40-$55 per hour (DOE)

OVERVIEW:
The Chiller Technical Team Lead is responsible for advanced service, troubleshooting, repair, startup, and commissioning of HVAC systems. This role serves as a technical leader in the field, providing mentorship, training, and day‑to‑day direction to apprentices and technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Commercial Chiller Technician
Strong boiler service and installation expertise
Working knowledge of:
Chillers
Boilers and burner controls
All Refrigeration systems
RTU installation, commissioning, and service
Split system AC and furnace installation, commissioning, and service
Proven leadership ability with a positive, team‑oriented approach
Strong desire and ability to train and develop others
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Valid Colorado driver's license with an acceptable MVR
Current Universal EPA certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and physical (job‑related)
