About the role
Morton on Swale Children's Resource Centre provides support to children and young people with disabilities. We offer short breaks and day care and support young people to access local facilities and have adventures.
Many young people we support have autism with varying levels of challenging behaviours, some have complex health needs requiring additional support with moving and transferring, epilepsy management, administrating of medication and gastro and feed care for which you would receive training.
As part of your role, you will carry out personal care, housekeeping, key working, and medication duties.

Work is underway to plan our approach and implementations for 2027. As a result of this, some realignment may happen with job roles in the future, we want to be transparent about this in respect of this role.
