If you're the person who naturally gravitates toward kids at a party, can command a room full of 4-year-olds, and gets energy FROM being around people rather than drained by it - this job was written for you.

We're hiring part-time coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years at My Gym Wellesley.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18–$22/hr depending on experience + tips
• 10–25 hours/week (varies by season)
• Part-time, year-round - not a seasonal gig
• Weekend availability needed
• Friday team meetings are part of the schedule

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You'll lead structured fitness and movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more. You'll also run birthday parties, camps, and special events, and build real relationships with the families who come back every week. No experience with My Gym specifically? No problem - we fully train the right people.
