Picture this: it's a Wednesday morning and you're leading a dozen toddlers through an obstacle course while their parents cheer from the sidelines. One kid who was too nervous to try last week just nailed the balance beam. That moment is your job. If that sounds like your kind of day, we want to meet you.

We're hiring coaches to lead classes, birthday parties, and camps for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years at My Gym Fairfield.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $19–$22/hr + tips
• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Year-round role - not seasonal

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You'll lead structured fitness and movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music - for kids at different developmental stages. You'll run birthday parties and camps, build genuine relationships with families, and occasionally support tours and the front desk. We fully train the right people, so prior My Gym experience isn't required.
