Children's Content Manager
Location: Grapevine, TX (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST, Friday 7:30 - noon.

At Bible Study Fellowship, we believe Scripture transforms lives-across every culture and generation. As our Children's Content Manager, you have the opportunity to shape how God's Word is experienced by children and students around the world, helping them know Him deeply and personally.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and invest in a team of Children's Content Specialists and contract writers by assign, review, and refine writing and editing work
- Content edit curriculum for Preschool through Student Programs and write as needed.
- Partner with copy editors, designers, and formatters to bring materials to life
- Guide the flow of content through development stages
- Strengthen and refine content development processes
We ask that you bring: - A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and full agreement with BSF's Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values, and Cultural Commitments
- Bachelor's degree, Theological training (undergraduate or master's level)preferred
- Minimum 3 years of BSF leadership experience (Children's or Staff leadership preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a church or para-church setting
- Minimum 2 years of content editing or similar experience (children's curriculum experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit theological content across age levels
- Strong understanding of Christian doctrine and its relevance for today's culture
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities; team leadership preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools
This role offers meaningful collaboration within a flexible, office-based environment, with opportunities for travel-including occasional international travel-as ministry needs arise. Employees are expected to attend scheduled in-person gatherings, fostering connection and alignment across the organization. Success in this role includes meeting established performance expectations and living into BSF's policies and values, as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other communications. The work is primarily conducted in a modular office setting and involves extended periods of sitting and regular computer use, which may include prolonged screen time.
