Child & Family Support Specialist (Therapeutic Mentor)

What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized and flexible services to youth and families with multiple needs
- Deliver interventions designed to maximize skills and strengths
- Support families through structured, strength-based therapeutic relationships
- Assist with implementing individualized plans developed by families and providers
- Engage youth and families to reduce child protective concerns and encourage resiliency
- Participate in clinical services and assessments to support emotional and behavioral needs
What You Bring:
- Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred plus 1 year experience, OR
- Lived experience plus 5+ years working with children and families
- Essential Skills:
- Experience working with children and families with significant mental health or behavioral challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English required; multilingual skills a bonus
- Preferred:
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Lived experience valued
