Under the general supervision, to plan, coordinate, and monitor the referral process and service delivery of disabilities and mental health services for the department, conduct classroom visits and observations, monitor and evaluate service delivery, plan and assist with staff training, maintain official documents and records, and implement activities in compliance with State, Federal, and local statutory requirements; and perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field At least three years experience working in early childhood education Principles and practices of developmental appropriate practice, social emotional development, and inclusion Principles, practices, and techniques related to monitoring service delivery Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to Head Start, Special Education, and Community Care Licensing (Title 22) Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable programs Ability to work as a member of a team where diverse program content must be well integrated to provide quality services Valid California Driver's License
