About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities.
- Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and behavior.
- Help with meal preparation and snack time supervision.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Provide individualized attention to children as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Genuine love for children and a commitment to their development.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
- Background check clearance required.
