Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in daily operations and management of the child care center.
- Support staff in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment for children and families.
- Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
- Oversee enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child care or educational setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
