This role involves supporting children's daily care needs, encouraging age-appropriate learning and social development, monitoring health and behavior, and working closely with parents and staff to help children reach educational and developmental milestones. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and committed to maintaining a clean, secure, and positive childcare setting.
Provide daily care including feeding, diapering, grooming, and supervising children
Establish routines and support age-appropriate learning, behavior, and social skills
Monitor children's health, safety, and emotional well-being and report concerns
Prepare children for the next stage of care or school readiness
Introduce children to activities such as art, music, and play-based learning
Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing toys, rooms, and play areas
Keep accurate childcare records and communicate progress with parents
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
One year of childcare or rehabilitation experience preferred
Knowledge of child development stages
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
Valid immunization record and ability to pass a background check
Willingness to complete required training and compliance coursework
