Start date: on or about July 1, 2026

About the role
K&I Healthcare Services is hiring Child & Adolescent PRP Specialists for our In-Home Intervention Program for Children (IHIP-C), a family-focused program that helps children and adolescents (ages 5 to 17) stay safely at home and out of hospitals and residential placement. You will work directly in the homes and communities of the youth and families we serve, delivering intensive, strengths-based psychiatric rehabilitation that builds skills, strengthens families, and changes the direction of a
child's life. This is hands-on, relationship-driven work for someone who genuinely wants to help kids and families. If you light up at the chance to make a real difference for a child, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
• Deliver in-home and community-based psychiatric rehabilitation to children, adolescents, and their families
• Conduct assessments (including the CANS) and build Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) together with each youth and family
• Provide skills training, crisis intervention, and family-centered support in the home
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, therapists, and other providers around each child
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for crisis response and home visits
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with COMAR and program standards

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree (human services field preferred)
• Active CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner): required
• More than 2 years of behavioral health experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families: strongly preferred
• DLA-20 and/or CANS experience: a plus
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for in-home visits
• Ability to pass a COMAR 10.63.01.05 background check
• Above all: a genuine passion for helping children and families thrive

Why K&I:
• Competitive salary of $75,000
• Meaningful, mission-driven work with real impact on children's lives
• A growing, CARF-accredited behavioral health organization
• Strong clinical supervision and a team that genuinely cares about the families we serve
Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
