About the Role:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the executive's office
- Act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive
- Coordinate and prioritize initiatives and projects on behalf of the executive
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the executive's schedule and priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the executive
- Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a senior executive support role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
