This is an opportunity to do relationship-driven, mission-focused work with a population with complex needs. You’ll be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team--including nursing, case management, and clinical partners--allowing you to focus on what matters most: excellent patient care and great clinical leadership. If you’re looking for autonomy, purpose, and the ability to make a lasting impact, we would love to meet you.
The Role
You will provide direct psychiatric care to adults living with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions. You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, an on-site PCP, on-site pharmacist, nurses, case managers, and peer support specialists in a collaborative, team-based model.
In your leadership capacity, you will serve as the psychiatric clinical lead for your site, mentoring psychiatrists and psychiatric APRNs, advancing clinical excellence, contributing to quality improvement, and partnering with site and network leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. You will receive mentorship and support from our Chief Medical Officer to help you grow and succeed in this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Why This Role Matters
Behind every diagnosis is a human being with a story, goals, and the capacity for change. Our members often face some of life’s greatest challenges: serious mental illness, medical complexity, housing instability, social isolation, and fragmented systems of care. They need more than a diagnosis and a prescription; they need a psychiatrist who sees the whole person and understands that meaningful relationships are at the center of healing.
In this role, your clinical judgment, consistency, and ability to build trust can change the trajectory of someone’s life. As Chief Psychiatrist, your influence extends beyond the members you serve directly. Through your mentorship, collaboration, and clinical leadership, you help strengthen your team, elevate the standard of care, and expand the difference we can make together.
