It requires a strategic, execution-focused leader to bridge executive strategy and field operations across multiple sites, fostering a high-autonomy, positive culture.
The COO will own production, inventory, logistics, purchasing, and HR, working to unify and elevate the multi-site grower model.
Responsibilities include leading cultivation and agronomic activities, formalizing SOPs, managing inventory systems, optimizing supply chain logistics, and fostering a safety-focused workforce.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior operational experience in large-scale agribusiness or horticulture, strong ERP skills, deep horticultural knowledge, financial acumen, and bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred.
Must be action-oriented, honest, and able to travel regionally.
