The organization seeks a Chief of Staff, VP to serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring effective governance, performance management, and cross-functional alignment.
- Design and improve executive governance models and operating rhythms.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and leadership expectations.
- Support leadership preparation for meetings, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive enterprise transformation, manage risks, and surface dependencies and gaps.
- Partner with senior leaders to foster accountability, transparency, and organizational effectiveness.
- Influence across functions without direct authority, ensuring enterprise-wide focus.
Qualifications include: 10+ years of leadership experience in strategy, operations, or healthcare, strong executive presence, financial acumen, and experience advising C-suite executives.
Remote candidates must travel to the office in McLean, VA at least once per month.
