The Lewis & Clark Information Exchange (LACIE) is seeking a highly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <\/u><\/b>

Executive Strategy<\/b>
<\/p>- Serve as a strategic partner and extension of the CEO, helping manage
priorities, relationships, communication, and follow -through.<\/span>
<\/li> - Help prepare the CEO
for key conversations, meetings, and decisions by developing briefing
materials, identifying considerations, and organizing relevant
information.
<\/li> - Attend meetings with
the CEO as needed, capturing key themes, commitments, opportunities, and
follow -up actions.
<\/li> - Support special
projects and strategic initiatives that advance organizational goals.
<\/li> - Maintain awareness of
organizational priorities and identify ways to improve communication,
coordination, and execution.
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Relationship Building<\/b>
<\/p>- Support the CEO in
strengthening LACIE’s presence and visibility.<\/span>
<\/li> - Build relationships
across the Kansas City region by representing LACIE at community events,
partner meetings, and other opportunities to stay connected to local
conversations and priorities.
<\/li> - Help identify
opportunities for connection, partnership, and increased organizational
engagement.
<\/li> - Coordinate follow -up,
communication, and next steps from external meetings and events to support
strong relationship management.

Executive Operations<\/b>
<\/p>- Manage
the CEO’s calendar, event planning, travel logistics, and other coordination
needs.
<\/span><\/li> - Draft
and edit communications, presentations, reports, and other executive -level
materials.
<\/span><\/li> - Help
strengthen internal communication, team connection, and employee engagement.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

Education and Experience<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s degree
preferred in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare
Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/li> - 3–5 years of
professional experience in business development, external relations,
project management, operations, consulting, communications, or a related
field.
<\/li> - Experience working
with executives, senior leaders, clients, partners, or community
stakeholders preferred.
<\/li> - Healthcare, nonprofit,
technology, or mission -driven organization experience preferred but not
required.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the
required qualifications may be considered.<\/i>

Additional Requirements<\/b>
<\/p>- Ability to regularly
attend meetings and events throughout the Kansas City region.
<\/li> - Willingness and
availability to occasionally travel regionally and nationally (estimated
15%).
<\/li> - Requires regular
in -office presence in Overland Park, Kansas, with some flexibility in
scheduling based on business needs.

Benefits<\/h3>
The anticipated hiring salary range for this position is
$92,000–$102,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
<\/p>
<\/p>
