About the Role:
This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*
Fubo is currently seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner in a new position. This is a high impact role that will help transform vision into execution across the company. It's best suited for someone that thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, excels at solving complex business problems, creates alignment across teams, and helps ensure the company's most important priorities become a reality.
This is not a traditional leadership role with a defined team. It is a role built on influence without authority, working across the entire organization, acting as an extension of the CEO. You will bring structure to ambiguity, connecting teams, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring the leadership team is operating at its highest level.
What you will do:
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO to define, refine, and execute the company's strategic agenda
Develop agenda's for CEO lead meetings (Senior leadership meetings, board meetings, off-sites, etc.); Work with the CEO to identify key themes and topics, giving input as needed from key stakeholders
Coordinate other CEO lead events, and assist in developing content and agendas
Help translate long-term vision into clear initiatives, measurable objectives, and execution plans
Identify emerging opportunities and risks through market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis
Ensure all materials shared with the CEO are succinct, accurate, current, and verified
Work with the finance team to support long-range planning, annual planning, and resource allocation
Build business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic investments and growth opportunities
Monitor the company's performance against strategic objectives and identify areas requiring intervention
Help develop action plans and mobilizing resources to drive resolution for critical business challenges
Help improve how the executive team operates through better planning, decision making, and follow through
Partner closely with various business leaders across the organization to accelerate initiatives, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams are aligned by removing friction between teams, clarifying priorities, resolving dependencies, and improving communication
Build trust across organizations without relying on formal authority
Lead confidential and high priority CEO initiatives including partnerships, organizational design, investor preparation, board materials, and business transformation efforts
Help create clarity in ambiguous situations
Partner with People Ops and Talent Acquisition teams to support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design
Represent the CEO in select areas and initiatives as needed
Anticipate business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively provide insights and recommendations
Who you are:
You combine strategic thinking with practical execution
10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, project management, business operations, or related leadership roles; preferably within the digital media, technology, or subscription space
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
Experience working with executive leadership in fast moving organizations
A strong financial background with the ability to interpret data and build robust business cases
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including written narratives, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership updates
High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and absolute discretion
Highly structured and organised, with the ability to create clarity in varying situations
The ability to move comfortably between executive strategy and hands-on execution
Extensive experience working cross functionally with all levels of global business units (finance, marketing, technology, product, design, business development, etc.)
A proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments

Fubo's minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $185,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $250,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo''s equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations.
