  • Lead or support talent and organizational development initiatives to build the leadership bench needed for $1B+ scale.
  • Track and report on strategic initiative performance through dashboards, scorecards, and regular executive updates.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact initiatives focused on policy, process, and people improvements that enable scalable operations and sustainable growth.
  • Own and drive the company's three-year strategic roadmap to achieve >$1B revenue, including the development and execution of key growth levers (organic expansion, operational efficiency, and inorganic opportunities).
  • Partner with functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, etc.) to align resources, remove roadblocks, and track progress against aggressive KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for all Board-related activities, including preparing meeting materials, presentations, updates, and follow-up actions.
  • Anticipate CEO needs and proactively manage executive-level communications, special projects, and time-sensitive Board requests.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, synthesizing complex information into clear, concise executive summaries and recommendations.
  • Support the full M&A lifecycle—from target identification and evaluation to due diligence, deal structuring, integration planning, and post-merger value realization.
  • Conduct financial, operational, and strategic analysis to support inorganic growth decisions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in high-growth operating roles with specific Power Delivery Construction and Engineering experience.
  • Proven track record supporting or leading strategic growth initiatives that delivered measurable revenue scale.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage at the C-suite and Board level.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining a bias for action and results.
