POSITION SUMMARY: CFG Bank is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support the launch and growth of a newly formed multifamily lending platform. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this role will drive key initiatives, build operational infrastructure, and ensure alignment across originations, credit, and external partners. This is a hands-on role in a startup-like environment, requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and task level by owning priorities, building processes, and driving execution across the business.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We offer a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote after the initial 90-day period.
COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE: In compliance with New York State and New York City pay transparency laws, the good faith base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and benefits.
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION This position is classified as Exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.
