Requirements
Must-Have
1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations environment (startups, consulting, banking, comparable)
Demonstrated track record of building things, launching projects, and shipping on tight timelines
Brings order to chaos: organized, structural thinker who can turn a messy problem into a plan
Top 1% communicator: clear, well-liked, navigates tricky high-conflict situations with tact
Low ego: jumps on bugs, takes late-night support tickets, does whatever it takes
Nice-to-Have
Background in a high-intensity environment (consulting, banking, startup, sport, military)
Prior experience at an early-stage startup
