Our Compounding Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and executive team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive $150-170k salary + bonus based on company performance.

As Chief of Staff, you will:

• Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the leadership team.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication.
• Lead initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

• Proven experience in Pharma.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in LIFEFILE.
• An Architect mindset for designing efficient systems and processes.
• Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
